By accessing or using Toolora (“the Service”) at gettoolora.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service immediately. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2 Use of Our Service

Toolora provides free online tools including image processing, PDF manipulation, text utilities, calculators, developer tools, and AI-powered features. You may use these tools for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any files you process
• Free plan users are limited to 15 tool uses per day and files up to 5MB
• Pro and Business plan limits are defined in your subscription details
• You may not use automated scripts or bots to access the Service excessively

3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Illegal Content — Processing files that contain illegal content, including but not limited to CSAM, stolen materials, or copyrighted content without authorization
• System Abuse — Attempting to overwhelm, hack, or disrupt our servers, APIs, or infrastructure
• Scraping — Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service at scale
• Misrepresentation — Impersonating Toolora, our team, or other users
• Malicious Use — Using the Service to create or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Spam — Using newsletter or affiliate features to send unsolicited messages

4 Intellectual Property

All content on Toolora including but not limited to the website design, tool interfaces, logos, code, text, and graphics are the exclusive property of Toolora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your content: You retain all rights to files you process using our tools. We do not claim ownership over any files you upload or process. Since all processing happens in your browser, we do not have access to your files.

Our tools: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of our tools or website without express written permission.

5 Pro Plans & Payments

Toolora offers optional paid plans (Pro and Business) that provide enhanced features:

• Pro Plan — $5/month or $48/year. Unlimited uses, 100MB files, zero ads, API access
• Business Plan — $19/month or $180/year. Everything in Pro plus 500MB files, 5 seats, white-label

Payments are processed securely via Stripe (international cards) or SSLCommerz (bKash, Nagad, Bangladesh). We do not store your payment card details.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard.

6 Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new Pro and Business plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• Renewals are non-refundable after 48 hours of the renewal date
• Refunds are not available for plans that have been significantly used (more than 500 uses)

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

Toolora is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and quality but cannot guarantee 100% availability. Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt the Service.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Toolora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10 USD (whichever is greater).

9 Privacy

Your use of Toolora is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Toolora, third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination of a paid plan:

• Your access to Pro features will end at the conclusion of the current billing period
• No refund will be issued for the remaining period unless within the 7-day money-back window

11 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify Pro users by email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the Service.
